Chocolatier for a Day

Become a Chocolatier for a day by visiting Laughing Moon Chocolates. Work alongside owner Leigh Williams or one of the chocolatiers at Laughing Moon for a hand-dipping workshop where you will learn to temper chocolate and hand-dip centers of your choice. In addition to dipping you will learn to cook truffle centers using semi-sweet chocolate, heavy cream and butter. This workshop can be customized as per your request to focus either on the dipping aspect of chocolate making or the cooking aspect. Let us know your favorites and we will help you learn to create them. This will be a two to three hour experience. 48 hours' advance notice required. Please note: This activity may not be available at high-volume production times such as near Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter.

$175 per person or per couple (Location is In Stowe Village)
